Many insurance plans offer mental health benefits, even for out of network practitioners. Should you wish to use insurance, Judith will provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider and you will be reimbursed directly. It is recommended that you call and ask your insurance provider about your specific plan's out-of-network coverage so that you are aware of your deductible and reimbursement rate.
